My narrative portrait painting of a young 'Detective' attempting to unravel the mystery of the missing leg of her treasured rabbit. Unashamedly inspired by my love of Alice in Wonderland I've applied an antique patina to the finished painting further enhancing an old storybook aesthetic. This painting took me over 3 months to complete, the longest amount of time I've ever spent on a work to date.
