I love figs. I have tasted my first fresh figs possibly no more than five years ago. They were all the rage on the current season of Masterchef. Only then did I discover that they grew all around me in the gorgeous Swan Valley, Western Australia. These came home with me from a local Winery one sunny afternoon.
