My approach to this painting is intuitive. Starting with a mother colour, marking the surface with different strengths of paint, ink, pencil and felt pens. Thinking of my composition I then add colour taking out the marks I do not want to keep. Continuing making intuitive marks with paint, until I am happy with the result, affirming some of the marks that compliment the painting.
