Artwork Description

Inspired by the Sundarbans in Bangladesh. The almost abstract patterns created by water flowing from the delta through the vast mangrove forests are a wonder of nature, and irresisitble to paint. I felt this subject was best suited to the washes and fine brushwork achievable with a mix of watercolour, gouache and panpastel. This artwork is not available yet as it is being submitted to an art prize.

Please Note: I do my best to photograph my artworks accurately but colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitors and devices
