Party Time’ is another in my Joy of Colour series where I invite you into the world of non representational expressive art just to enjoy the colours that are arranged intuitively by my hand with brush and palette knife.
This painting is multi layered acrylic and oil pastels with a beautiful ‘Hot pink’ vibe incorporating gold,green,orange and blue accents with underlying purple/mauve hues.
The translucency of the layers has achieved the luminance I demand with the opaque colours giving energy and movement to the composition.
