"The bridge to longing mystery place"
75cm x 75cm
Growing up I remember spending a lot of time visiting my parent’s weekend home on top of the hill very close to the woods, where my father used to go mushroom picking every autumn. My brother and me would ride our bikes on dirt roads to the forest and than go exploring. Imagination and fantasy in our minds would bring out creations and creatures in different interesting forms showing up on tree trunks and branches. We would listen to sounds of the forest and bird’s singing. This still fascinates me sometimes. We would climb trees and think of how much fun it would be to build a tree house. I can say it’s still on my bucket list. However here’s the painting that came out of all this pondering ☺
