Brighton beach and the Bathing Boxes are iconic of Melbourne. Very colorful and busy during the day but still beautiful at dusk. This beach is in Port Phillip Bay and the row of 82 distinctive bathing boxes constructed in wood make it unique. They(boxes) were built over a century ago in response to very Victorian ideas of morality and seaside bathing, the bathing boxes remain almost unchanged.
I visit this area randomly and my camera always comes out to capture the beauty of it.
This is my interpretation of this area at dusk when the last light of the day and the lights from the street above all play a role to make the area interesting.
