For a period I became quite obsessed with the effects of light and reflection on glass bottles and jugs. The more you look the more you see when it comes to glass and I really enjoyed the challenge presented by this subject. Luminous, surprising and unexpected colours combined with twisted curves and liquid shapes. I really admire the work of Christine Webb who paints many bottle/reflections studies.
