This spring pastoral scene with white blossom trees is from Yass, New South Wales, a country town in the South Tablelands, north-west of Canberra. It is early morning and the light strikes a path through the frosty pastures while sheep are grazing.

This impressionist landscape oil painting is 36cm x 30.5cm (outside measurement 47.5cm x 42cm) and has a white wooden frame 6.5cm wide to enhance the painting's soft pastel colours.
