Artwork Description

My art focuses on people in the community and the changing habits and styles that define a period.
I have a love, in particular, of the 1950s, and these paintings are inspired by the grainy images that I use as reference, from the home movies taken by my father as I was growing up. This is about holidays on the Coast…so exciting for a little country girl.I hope to evoke similar memories for the viewer.
