Was recently exhibited at Tania Blanchard's beautiful new Gallery here on the Gold Coast. It took me a while to figure out why I decided to leave the characters blank and the old postcard cliche of "Wish you were here" kept floating round my head. What if you wished you were there but you were there, just not present. So often, we're surrounded with such amazing beauty but we've got our head in auto pilot, thinking about other things. Could this be a representation of that?
