'Lemonade Lover' evolved with Jen's love of colour and the interaction between herself and the paint without overthinking the outcome. Many layers of acrylic paint and mark making have been applied to the canvas to reveal visible brushstrokes and contrasting colours. Jen paints her abstracts intuitively taking colour inspiration from her Melbourne garden and trips to the Mornington Peninsula seaside. This painting measures 91.5x91.5cm on quality canvas with an internal wooden frame and wire on the back so it is ready to hang. The sides are painted (the painted image continues around and over the edges of the artwork) and it has a side depth of 3.5cm.
