Mixed Media on paper

This original mixed media artwork comprises a hand printed screen print and unique ink wash. It features Lake Burley Griffin with the backdrop of Black Mountain and the yachts of a weekend sailing day. I have printed 10 screen prints at Megalo Print Studios here in Canberra. These form the basis of each work and the series. I have not called it an edition as each work is so different. I have let the ink make the marks as it wanders around the paper with my minimal guidance. The ink makes the work slightly wavy, this can be embraced by float framing the work and not squashing it under a mat board or directly under the glass.
