This artwork comes with an external frame

This little green boat began with the frame, which I loved on sight. I had no idea what to paint at the time, but then I remembered a photo taken by friend, Tom Napier of a dinghy tied to a tree on Cabbage Tree Creek Sandgate Queensland and a gut feeling told me this was what I needed. The splash of green was purely instinctual and it has given birth to a whole load of ideas for paintings mixing the wonderful contrast of black and white with a splash of colour.

This artwork ncludes the frame and is ready to hang. It might be small, but it's sure to be noticed wherever it is.
