This drawing is about the images we see in advertising; reflecting our thoughts back to us. Our society's views on beauty‚ on communication‚ eating habits‚ our dreams and our forms entertainment. I firstly found imagery in pop culture to use‚ then drew the picture in pencil. And finally in blue pen. I wanted to express a message with a very simple tool. A pen. I drew clouds and ripples in fabric to represent a dream like state; a whirlwind if you like‚ of images and hints of common symbols found in our everyday life. And although it is a pen drawing‚ the effect takes three full days to complete.
