'4 Seconds' is the second piece in my series titled 'The Spoken Word' where all the pieces come from inspired conversations I've witnessed or taken part in. This particular conversation was with my doctor about the world today and what it represents from the perspective of the many, the current rulers, and religious history. He's a deeply devout man and it is moving to witness and back in that energy. He said the following:
"The world now is like a pregnant woman - the contractions come closer and closer together. I am not afraid. These people who think they are powerful, be they a president or a prime minister or whomever - just take their breath away. Take their breath away for 4 minutes, and they are dead. God can do that."
It reminded me of my own similar personal measurement. If I come across a bully I often think about how they would be if positioned in an open paddock facing a majestic creature such as a bull like this one. How will their physiology appear then? A bull such as this is no mere bully. He knows how to measure any being, cut to their very soul and see what they are made of. And I'm pretty sure he'd do it and you'd receive the result of his assessment all in about 4 seconds.
I too am without fear. I trust in the power that has always guided me, and guides me still.
