Artwork Description

Melville Caves is one of the iconic places in Australia and stated by American visitors who have seen most of the country. This scene is just up from the top car park. Melville caves are openings under huge granite rocks and the location is just north of Rheola. There are many beautiful scenes and many labelled native trees and shrubs to be seen.

Capturing a glimpse, in varying light, of a few ghost gums in a red desert setting .As above the task was to try to convey a quiet corner in a busy fishing port. You have to allow for the fact that after 70 years as an artist you look for variants in what you are doing. My last 2 paintings have been more expressionism than previously. Let me know what you think about the two paintings with boats. I am also an experienced framer and create bespoke frames to the buyers requests. One of the many cafes in the Uzes area in France.Modest large house in England set in a large park land setting
