Painted mostly out of sheer frustration and boredom, this is a portrait of notorious serial killer Richard Ramirez, also known as The Nightstalker.
Unfortunately, I wasn't entirely pleased with the results, hence the title…The Nightstalker Is Supposed To Look Evil…but he doesn’t…he just looks a bit mong because I messed up on the eyes.
