In this painting, I wanted to show the landscape rising upwards. My initial idea was to have trees thrusting skywards. As the painting developed, I could see a figure appearing towering above the trees. A lovely mystery is unfolding with the suggestion of trees and foliage all crashing in a crescendo. The white background sky creates a coolness contrasting with the warm yellows, oranges and reds.

- Painting is unframed but it can be framed with white, black, or raw timber float frame before it's shipped.

- Signed at the back with my name, date, and artwork title.
