The shimmering sunlight on the leaves of a Grevillea bush always captivate me. This painting was created from two of my own photographs taken in our country garden. The Sunshine Coast here in Queensland had a roost of Caper White Butterflies across the area a few years ago. A delightful l opportunity for a photographer/artist.
This painting was a Finalist in Petite Pieces Online Competition (National) at Aspire Gallery, Paddington, Queensland - 4th March to 15th April 2023.
