Rising fire from the cosmic sea
A nighttime vision I had while on a yoga retreat in Ubud, Bali in May 2016. At first my conscious mind couldn’t understand what it was or why I saw it, but my instinct told me it was important and meaningful.
I believe this to be a powerful image to activate internal fire; known as agni from a yogic perspective and is centered at the 3rd chakra.
Re-creating this image has had a profound effect on me by assisting in igniting my own inner flame, energizing and in moving courageously forward into the future.
