Artwork Description

Acrylic on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

Signed on the back.

This painting represents one of the Noongar six seasons named Kambarang which occurs during October and November. This period is at the height of the wildflower season and a time when the Noongar people would move closer to the coastal areas. Also through out this time the Noongar traditional diet mainly consisted of frogs, turtles, crustaceans etc. My painting reflects the wild flowers and waterways.
