And into the forest I go...#4 a new work inspired by the haunting poetry of John Muir and his work 'And Into the Forest I Go, to Lose My Mind and Find My Soul...' 
Ready to hang canvas; 92cmx 122cm this is the fouth in the series and is an original and vintage paper, hand cut collage and ink on a black acrylic painted ground.  I wanted to acknowledge and speak to the journey of 2020/21- the Australian bushfires and covid. Running parallel to this, my process and execution with my extreme myopic vision and cataracts. My severe distance vision deterioration shows light sources as tiny flashes and spots.
My artist designed bushland celebrates moving on -  regeneration and new growth.
