Artwork Description

Reproduction Print on paper

Signed and numbered with a certificate of authenticity.

Part of my ongoing Bushberries series this artwork uses the Aboriginal Art Symbol for 'Bush Berries/Tucker,this symbol is used in more traditional styles of Aboriginal art to show where food may be found. In this work I have dissected the symbol to create a sense of fallen berries. With a background of dark violets and purples contrasted with the berries and leaves in dark yellow, olive, wine, lavender and turquoise.
