Blue Bird is an Acrylic painting on canvas there is quite a bit of texture incorporated into this painting I use impasto and thick palette knife for application of paint. I love birds and this is my interpretation of a blue bird it’s stylised in form although the patterning of the feathers give it more detail. It’s bold and large also has muted colours of greens and browns. Painted on canvas ready to hang satin finish textured appearance.
