This painting was inspired by the view over Geographe Bay in Western Australia, on a day when the clouds were full of drama, but the water was still. It was as though something important was about to happen. I enjoyed creating the composition with sharp clean lines and softly blended areas, using a range of blues to drama and depth but also a sense of calm.
The painting is finished in a simple white shadow frame and is ready to hang. The framed dimensions are 33 x 33 cm
