Artwork Description

Reproduction Print on paper

Signed and numbered on the front.

There have been some benefits to lockdown; one of them being more time to spend with the family on mini adventures.
This adventure was on the Benowie track, which is a part of the great north walk.
Let's just say it was more of an adventure than we bargained for, but over the four hours we took walking, exploring and wandering, we were so often caught up in the spectacular beauty of the place. We were all drawn to the mossy rocks and the water of Lyrebird gully, where the kids took off our shoes and enjoyed the freezing water. I loved sitting there watching the kids, feeling still, when so often life is not.
What a privilege, amongst the difficulties, to have this time to share with family.
