This is my cousin's boy, Lachlan, with the calf he has raised since finding him in a paddock next to his dead mum...He called him Dean...They were constant companions until Lachlan had to go to Boarding School...They live way out in the outback of Qld at Offham, around 800klms from Toowoomba...Dean still lives the good life roaming the paddocks eight years later....Their motto, if you name an animal it's part of the family...needless to say they have Donny the sheep, Greta the goat and various other stragglers.....lol... acrylics on canvas 60cm x 50cm
