I'm coming to appreciate being alone with my thoughts, especially if I'm able to visit the nearby beach and not be surrounded by too many people. In this painting, I'm trying to portray the quiet and peace, but for the breaking of the waves and the whistling of the wind.

As with most of my oil pieces, this was created through a multitude of layers and glazes, allowing for windows behind the clouds and to the sky behind.

The piece is painted on triple-primed framed wooden panel. It can sit where you want it to, but I'll include a D-ring in case you want to attach it for hanging. The sides are painted a dark green.
