“Vast” features the view from Beacon Hill lookout, Norseman to Fraser Range across the north of the 780,000-hectare Dundas Nature Reserve, WA.
With "Vast" Leanne was trying to capture just a small part of the Great Western Woodlands (GWW), Ngadju Country and the Shire of Dundas; a beautiful location waiting to be discovered by nature lovers, artists & photographers and travellers who want to an authentic Australian Experience.
Dundas reserve (just a small part of the GWW) contains 30+ eucalypt species, granite rocks, calcareous plains, sandplains and salt pans. And is home to 16 mammal, 3 frog, 43 reptile and more than 70 bird species. It can be accessed by 4x4 along the old telegraph line route, south of Norseman.
