Enjoying my 'fun bird series' and this is no. 4 'A Couple of Galahs'. These birds are known for their pink and grey feathers and are rather intelligent, highly adaptable and are social animals. Galahs are one of Australia's favourite birds. You can see Galahs in almost any part of Australia, mucking around, playing, squawking and generally looking beautiful! They would make a wonderful statement on any wall in a home, nursery, office or hospital where they would surely make one smile. Painted on same size canvas as my other birds 61cm x 61cm.
