Artwork Description

I let my mind wonder with this one, I recently did a painting with a toaster and an emu with tea cup drones. I absolutely loved painting it and it sold the other day, so I decided to something surreal with a similar food theme.

This is what emerged, whilst painting I kept thinking about the pink elephants and I wondered how many times in my life I have been told, 'Not to think of pink elephants'. That phrase comes from when you are afraid of something, like if you are up on a ladder and someone says don't look down, you can't help but look down. I think this is then quite often paraphrased with 'Don't think about pink elephants', and you can't help but think of pink elephants.

This painting is part of my 7 moon series.

Painted on professional series stretched boxed canvas, with black painted sides. Signed and ready to hang.
