This flower is known as a gazania. It's a simple daisy, but with gorgeously and dramatically coloured and striped petals and bright yellow eye. Peeking out of the grass, it was hard to miss.
Even though it is painted over-sized, it is a small piece. The board has a timber frame at the back which makes it ready to hang as it is, or it can be displayed on a shelf.
