Beach Life For Me was painted using a reference photo I took while camping at Potato Point which is a few hours south of Sydney. It's a gorgeous spot, with fresh ocean air and friendly wildlife (sometimes too friendly!), perfectly located on a stretch of pristine beach. This is one of a series of paintings of this area and in this one, I wanted to capture the simplicity of it's beauty. It's like travelling back in time and imagining these incredible coastal areas when nobody really knew about them. Nature at its best!
