Here on the Gold Coast we are experiencing some really terrible bush fires. The area is classed as rainforest so this is something really peculiar to go through. The smoke, heat and winds are all contributing to a rather surreal time in a tropical area. This piece just bought me back to the drought that most of Australia is still experiencing.
As with all of my works, this is an original and a one of a kind, I do not make prints from any of my works.
If you love the piece but it doesn’t quite suit your space, I am more than happy to produce an artwork that will work for you and your home, I enjoy commissions and it’s always great to know that this is something uniquely yours. You can now email me directly to my inbox and we can discuss what you would like.
The paintings are signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. I only use Artist quality materials in the creation of my artwork – archival, quality paper for my watercolours, well prepared supports for my oil paintings and both are painted using artist quality pigments.
All pieces are available framed if you would like, please get in touch. My framer has promised me a particularly fast turnaround as long as the frames and matts are in stock, so add another one to two days for delivery (additional cost for framing will apply of course but please ask for a quote).
The piece will arrive cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container, sometimes recycled ( I do like to recycle when I can!), any glass will be taped to help prevent breakage, I am still losing the war with the tape machine so the package may not be the prettiest on the outside but the contents will arrive safe and sound.
