I have chosen depression as a theme..darkness so heavy, you can almost feel it weighing down on your shoulders...sighs so deep down, you wonder if you're ever going to be whole again..been there..? I know I have ! We all get down..some of us are broken & bruised...sometimes nothingness is a constant..
Please...remember..no down is forever..reaching out is the best option...& darkness doesn't last...the morning comes eventually...
