Soon upon my arrival in the magical land of Oz in 2011 these birds stole a piece of my heart. There’s something magical and mesmerizing about their carolling. No matter where I am when I hear their sweet singing a sense of warmth comes over me. Not even to mention their quirky and charismatic nature I mean what’s not to love. I think they get a hard wrap for swooping but then again I have never been swooped lol! If you haven’t seen the movie Penguin Bloom I highly recommend it.
