Artwork Description

My influence is The Great Barrier Reef and its thousands of different types of corals and fish. I brushed on a soft background depicting water and then dropped in some artist quality acrylic inks, and let them run. A little help from blowing through a straw and the coral was done. I needed a large fish to fill the canvas, so i created one, again from my imagination.

Warm colours in various patterns merge and combine with a sprinkle of cool colour with a white line of happiness winding through the painting.!Using cool colours of all the blues for a background, the gum nuts, golden in the sun , cascade down the canvas. A background of yellow using abstracted flowers featuring a blue fern leaf and various markings complete the piece.
