Recently I rescued a young kingfisher that couldn't fly from a emptied concrete water course. The little bird was stunning with it's beautiful colours, so I decided it would be a great addition to my latest painting. It sits perfectly in amongst the Melaleuca trees. I completed the artwork with a white border so it doesn't have to be framed. This painting would look fantastic in any room.
