Silverton NSW, one of my favourite outback places. This vibrant artwork focuses on the wide open roads of Silverton and the iconic Silverton Hotel. Mad Max 2 was filmed in this area and featured the Silverton Hotel and its surrounds. Standing near the hotel is a crossing sign from the now disused Silverton Tramway adding to the history of this fabulous outback town. Amazing place.
