Artwork Description

This story begins with a modern climbing structure in a park, drifting along the fence line to graffiti -moments frozen in time. The different styles of architecture suggest the passing of the decades, leading to the gorgeous golden oldies, sitting in their sense of themselves and reflecting on their childhood where all they had was their imagination. Their wizened features are carved by their traditional roles - the strong dominant matriarch, the husband, slumped and submissive. Yet despite years of experience and patience their stature is somehow softened by the fragility of their 'out of place' existence because now, no one knows what to do with them except an outing to the park on Su day.
