Wild and windswept Exmoor National Park. The most stunning and isolated area, probably in the whole UK. Can imagine smugglers hiding their treasures below in watery caves. These stunted and bent trees seem to capitulate to the power of the wind as it roars up the Cornish Coastline. Literally took my breath away. couldn't wait to try and paint it.
