I couldn’t find a poem to tie this painting up so had to create one.

“So still at night in that dark cold sea,
Ghost nets once hunted....
Showers of armoured slivered silver,
Slippery deck confetti......
Tired now and worn,
Panting on the shore,
The silver escapes through rents and tangled fibre....
Nimble fingered fish wife
Trudges wearily from her cottage on the hill,
Old hands weave the holes, tying, pulling, knotting and gives back to the dark cold sea.”

A beautiful intricate birds nest amongst leaves and flowers and the two little birds who created it.A sultry dark sky broods over a windswept beach with some flowers .......Under a picturesque sky, there is an old fence and secret gate leading to a hidden pond.A small red roofed cottage is tucked away on a meadow covered hill under a beautiful sky.
