Ingredients:
2 slices white soft bread
2 large free-range 70g eggs
1 tablespoon butter
Lashings of Vegemite
Pepper to taste
Method:
Toast the bread‚ fry the eggs sunny-side up and serve on top of toast spread with butter and vegemite‚ sprinkle with cracked pepper. YUM.
