When painting Reflections I set out to capture a harbour scene showing buildings reflected in the water. I wanted to use unconventional colours in the reflections, thus the use of pink.
As I was painting I was thinking about a trip to Hong Kong I had a few years ago and how the harbour was lit up with many colours. Colourful lights from the buildings danced on the water making the whole area look upbeat and festive. This painting comes unframed as a stretched canvas with painted sides. Professional framing of your colour choice is available for an extra charge should you request it. This painting has been exhibited at the Warranwood art show.
