This large artwork is painted using acrylic paints on stretched canvas. This artwork is part of a collection called Wild Botanicals. Wild Botanicals is a collection of paintings inspired by flowers, seeds and nature. Tangles of tropical, green, and lush vegetation along with glimpses of bright colour are my inspiration for these paintings. Wherever I go I always notice what is growing around me. I’m enchanted by tropical vegetation with its infinite shades of green and contrasting intensity of flower colour. I am fascinated by the micro climate the plants produce which makes a home for frogs and other creatures. Recently exhibited at the Warrandyte art show and the Knox art show.
