Artwork Description

Inspire by the Spanish still life painting, this painting depicts the 'Transience of beauty'

It denotes the temporary of beauty. I used roses as a symbol of beauty that can last only for a short period of time. The orchid in a glass dome symbolizes women try to protect and prevent their beauty. A clock is a reminder of time that is always ticking and never stop. Sea shells symbolize death in a subtle way to remind us that everything will change, get older, decease and decay.

This LTD edition Print is a reproduction of my original oil painting.
Printed on 100% cotton rag museum grade fine art paper with genuine archival ink. This high quality giclée print could last up to 100 years or more if properly framed and hung in a no direct sunlight location. Signed and number by the artist on the back. And comes with Certificate of Authenticity.

The picture is printed to fit in an A2 size paper (42x59.4cm.) with white border around.

Unframed - Roll and ship in cardboard mailing tube. (The frame in sample photo is for illustration purpose only)
