Acrylic on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.
Signed on the front.
Inspired by the iconic wind swept Banksia tree that perfectly framed the Taking Point Lighthouse ( Australia's thirteenth oldest lighthouse), Port Macquarie, NSW. This was unfortunately felled in 2017 aesthetically changing the dramatic landscape. A naturally balanced composition, this large vibrant piece compels the viewer to step closer and take in the detail of the lighthouse, road and shadows as if you were there in person. A historical, eye-catching artwork that will compliment any space.
This one-off original artwork was painted with Holcroft Acrylic on premium stretched deep edge cotton duck canvas. It is finished with two layers of Windsor & Newton Gloss varnish for UV protection and longevity. A collectors authenticity certificate is included for valuation & insurance purposes.
