The Bull Elephant - never a more magnificent creature in Africa. I was in awe of these animals in Kenya and I've tried time and time again to capture their creased, leathery, but fragile beauty on paper. This is from a series of drawing of Kenyan wildlife that featured in an exhibition in Melbourne in 2015, each of which has a touch of coffee in the artwork - a staple of Kenyan agriculture.
