Was able to obtain some beautifully structured native Plants from the local markets.
The Seed pod struck me straight away with fury and shell like structures. Robust looking
yet soft in places. Set me off to paint it as soon as I was in my studio. Researched it, native to
Western Australia. This Painting Recently was awarded Highly commended in November 2017.
